FEED THE WHITE WOLF

An old Cherokee told his Grandson.
“My son, there is a battle between two wolves inside us all.
One is evil. It is anger, jealousy, greed, resentment, inferiority, lies and ego.
The other is good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, humanity, kindness, empathy and truth.”
The boy thought about it and asked, “Grandfather, which wolf wins?”
The old man quietly replied, “The one you feed”.

Judgment and criticism feed the black wolf. It fills you with self-doubt and keeps you focused on finding fault in self and others.  Pessimistic thinking leads to stress. This weakens the immune system, causes high blood pressure, fatigue, depression, anxiety and even stroke. We must not live in our heads but look to the heart for kindness and compassion for where we are at in life.

Become Love-Finders rather than Fault-finders

The importance of creating a positive mindset is paramount for a top performance but also a happy and healthy life.  Our ability to use our voice is directly linked to our state of mind. So FEED THE WHITE WOLF with positive, self-loving affirmations which have a ripple effect in every area of your life.  YES YES YES!
